Executive Summary

Luna Lenore has already proven its market. Authentic, handcrafted, and rooted in a story that resonates — the brand has built real traction in Mexico. This document outlines how we take that momentum and build a scalable, profitable U.S. business unit around it.

01 — The Opportunity

The U.S. market is ready for Luna Lenore.

The American consumer is done with fast fashion. Demand for ethically made, culturally rooted, sustainably produced goods is accelerating — and the market is actively rewarding brands that can tell a real story.

01

Artisan Craftsmanship

A verifiable, behind-the-scenes production story that cannot be faked or reverse-engineered.

02

Sustainable Materials

Ethical sourcing and responsible production — values the U.S. premium consumer pays for, not just supports.

03

Mexican Heritage

Authentic cultural identity — the depth that becomes a lifestyle purchase, not a category item.

04

Premium Price Point

Built for the U.S. ladder of value — respected at the shelf, defended on the channel.

The positioning is not Mexican bags. It is ethically handcrafted sustainable bags inspired by Mexican heritage.

That shift transforms a product into a lifestyle purchase — and a lifestyle purchase commands premium pricing, builds loyal communities, and generates the kind of organic word-of-mouth that money cannot buy.

02 — What We're Building

Not international shipping. A U.S. business unit.

Most brands flip on international shipping and call it expansion. The customer waits three weeks, pays surprise customs fees, and never orders again. That is not what this is.

Feroz Harvest builds a fully independent U.S. operational unit — domestic fulfillment, multi-channel distribution, a complete digital growth infrastructure — while the original Mexico operation continues to run exactly as it does today.

Two markets. One brand. Zero compromise on either side.

03 — Operational Model

Sell first. Fulfill second. Zero inventory risk.

Phase 1 operates on a disciplined sell-first model. We do not pre-position inventory in the United States. We do not speculate on demand. A sale happens, and only then do we move units.

The operation stays lean at launch, eliminates inventory risk for both parties, and still delivers a fully domestic customer experience — fast shipping, no customs friction, no surprises.

01
Step One

Sale Confirmed

A U.S. customer completes their purchase on any active channel.

02
Step Two

Units Triggered

Feroz Harvest signals Luna Lenore to prepare sold units EXW San Luis Potosí.

03
Step Three

Nuevo Laredo Inbound

Product ships to the Feroz Harvest fulfillment center in Nuevo Laredo.

04
Step Four

U.S. Border Crossing

Feroz Harvest manages the formal customs and import process end-to-end.

05
Step Five

Domestic Fulfillment

Dispatched from Nuevo Laredo as a standard U.S. domestic shipment.

06
Final Step

Customer Delivery

Domestic speed. No international friction. The brand promise, kept.

i

All shipments are fully insured from the moment they enter the Feroz Harvest logistics chain. As U.S. sales velocity establishes a consistent, predictable demand pattern, the model evolves toward holding live U.S. inventory — at which point a fully dedicated U.S. Shopify storefront is also evaluated.

04 — Digital Infrastructure

One brand. Two markets. One backend.

Rather than building two separate stores from scratch, we configure a single Shopify ecosystem using Shopify Markets — the most efficient architecture for a dual-market operation.

Market 01

Mexico

Existing operations run untouched. MXN pricing, Mexico fulfillment, fully independent.

Market 02

United States

USD pricing, U.S.-specific shipping, Nuevo Laredo fulfillment, English content and collections.

Backend

Single Source

One inventory system. One catalog. One ops team. Maximum efficiency at minimum cost.

U.S. Pricing

From Scratch

Not a currency conversion. Reflects cross-border logistics, fulfillment, CAC, and premium positioning.

05 — Channel Strategy

Broad reach. Structured rollout.

Luna Lenore enters the U.S. market with a clear, phased channel expansion strategy. Each phase builds on the foundation of the previous — no channel is rushed, no opportunity is left behind.

06 — Content & Organic Growth

Authenticity scales. Ads don't.

The most powerful asset Luna Lenore has is its story. Artisan production, cultural heritage, a genuine commitment to sustainability — these are not marketing claims. They are content that creates real connection.

Growth is built on content-first organic acquisition. Audience, authority, and brand are built so the U.S. presence is not dependent on ad spend to survive.

08 — The Partnership

How this works financially.

A true commercial partnership — aligned incentives, shared investment, and a clear, transparent division of risk and reward. No hidden fees. No ambiguity. Just a model that works when both sides execute.

01

Compensation Model

§

Luna Lenore sets a unit price EXW San Luis Potosí. Feroz Harvest sells in the U.S. at market pricing, at full commercial discretion. Compensation is the margin generated between the EXW price — plus all cross-border and fulfillment costs — and the final U.S. sale price.

No pre-purchase. No inventory speculation. Feroz Harvest does not acquire units until a sale has already been confirmed. Sell more, earn more.

02

5% Brand Loyalty Bonus

5%

On top of the base margin, Feroz Harvest remits a 5% Brand Loyalty Bonus to Luna Lenore, calculated on total U.S. gross revenue each calendar month.

Payment is issued 30 days after the close of the return window — ensuring all returns and chargebacks are fully resolved before the obligation is due.

Example: January U.S. gross sales → payment issued no later than March 1st.

03

Advertising Investment

Feroz Harvest funds and manages U.S. advertising campaigns from day one. Luna Lenore has the option — but never the obligation — to co-invest additional ad spend at any time.

Any contribution is tracked separately and recovered from U.S. sales revenue on a rolling basis. No upfront cash calls. No fixed monthly minimums.

04

Fulfillment & Operations

The Nuevo Laredo fulfillment center is operated and funded entirely by Feroz Harvest. Operational costs are factored directly into the U.S. pricing structure. No separate billing to Luna Lenore for fulfillment.

05

Exclusivity & Term

'26

Feroz Harvest holds 100% exclusive rights to all U.S. digital sales channels through December 31, 2026. A structured first-year partnership with a defined, mutual evaluation point.

The agreement does not auto-renew. At the end of 2026, both parties assess what has been built. Continuation requires a signed extension — negotiated in good faith, based on results.

06

Intellectual Property

©

Luna Lenore's brand assets — trademarks, product images, brand identity — remain the exclusive property of Luna Lenore at all times, without exception.

U.S. growth infrastructure built by Feroz Harvest — SEO content, Shopify U.S. config, marketplace accounts, U.S. customer data — is owned by Feroz Harvest and can be transferred at a commercially agreed cost.

TL;DR — The Short Version

Everything you need to know in one page.

A consolidated summary of the entire proposal — for fast review, internal circulation, or executive briefings.

01
Who we are

Feroz Harvest International LLC — a Texas-based cross-border commerce operator with direct fulfillment infrastructure in Nuevo Laredo and a track record of taking Mexican brands into the U.S. market.

02
What we offer

A complete U.S. business unit for Luna Lenore — Shopify, fulfillment, logistics, marketplaces, content, and organic growth. Not consulting. Not advice. Full execution.

03
How fulfillment works

We sell first, then move units. No pre-bought inventory, no speculation. Sale confirmed → product moves → U.S. domestic delivery. Clean, lean, and risk-managed.

04
The channels

Phase 1: Shopify U.S. · Google Shopping · TikTok Shop U.S. Phase 2: Etsy + Amazon. Phase 3: Meta Shop · Pinterest · Target. One hub, many channels.

05
How we grow

Content-first, organic-first. Authentic storytelling at 3–5 pieces daily. 30–80 SEO articles targeting U.S. search. We build an audience that owns itself — not one rented from ad platforms.

06
How we get paid

Margin model: Luna Lenore sets the EXW San Luis Potosí price, Feroz earns the spread on U.S. sales. Plus a 5% Brand Loyalty Bonus on gross U.S. revenue, paid 30 days after each month's return window closes.

07
Ad spend

Feroz funds and manages U.S. ads. Luna Lenore can co-invest optionally — no minimums, no obligations. Co-investment is recovered from sales as they come in.

08
The deal

100% exclusive U.S. digital rights through December 31, 2026. No auto-renewal — we review together at year end and decide what comes next based on results.

09
IP & assets

Luna Lenore keeps its brand. Feroz keeps the infrastructure it builds — store config, marketplace accounts, SEO content, customer data. Transferable at agreed cost if needed.

10
The timeline

Days 0–30: build. Days 30–60: launch and observe. Day 60+: expand to Etsy. Day 90+: Amazon. After that: scale.

The Long View

Luna Lenore is not just a bag brand entering a new market. It is a premium, culturally rooted lifestyle brand with a story that the U.S. consumer is actively searching for.

Feroz Harvest brings the operational infrastructure, the cross-border expertise, and the digital growth systems to make that story profitable at scale.

The model is lean. The execution is ready.
The opportunity is real.
